If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

Return

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it.
  • For return, the customer has to bear the shipping/freight charges both sides.
  • The product can be returned within 4 days from the date you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with the original invoice and transporter receipt/LR.
  • A gift hamper specially curated for you will not be returned unless an item is broken at the time of receipt by you. The same item will be replaced or refund made for the item.
  • Any perishable good will not be returned.

Refund

  • We will initiate the refund once we receive the product back and it passes the quality and other checks at our end.
  • If your return request is approved, we will intimate you and initiate a refund to your bank account (irrespective of your original mode of payment). Bank account details will be taken during the refund process. For refund, bank account name should be the same as the original billing name. Please ensure the bank details that you provided are correct and updated. Copy of a crossed cheque will be required. The company will not be liable for funds transferred to the wrong account given by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of a return, the shipping cost of returning the item will be borne by the buyer.
  • In case the payment is done through credit card, or payment gateways such as Paytm, MobiKwik, etc., the service charges/service fees of such payment gateways will not be refunded.
  • If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account / credit card company again, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you have still not received the refund, please contact us at n@giftomojo.com.
