How do I shop at giftomojo ?
- To make a purchase, you can add products to your basket and click on ‘check-out’ when you are finished. Doing so will guide you to the ‘sign-in’ or registration page.
- As a registered user, you can simply enter your username and proceed towards check-out.
- As an unregistered user, you can create a new account or log-in using your facebook account or Google Account. Our system will gather the available information and proceed towards checkout. Please note: Facebook or Google does not share address and contact info. You will be asked for these upon check-out.
How do I modify my personal details in my account ?
You can do so by first signing into your account and then clicking on ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of your screen. This will display your account details, which can be modified and/or updated.
Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option ?
No, we do not provide COD as an option as nature of products are personalized.
Shipping details ?
We at Giftomojo, strive to deliver all packages to our clients in the best condition with in the minimum possible time.
We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 2,500/-.
For orders between Rs.1001- Rs.2,499, a shipping charge of Rs.150/- is charged.
For orders under Rs.1,000, a shipping charge of Rs.75/- will be applicable for delivery anywhere within India.
As our products are customized & personalized, it does take a while. However, we strive to deliver all products within 7 working days. However, in case of circumstances beyond Giftomojo’s control, which cause a delay, Giftomojo will try and ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.
What are the payment options available at giftomojo.com ?
- Credit card – Visa, MasterCard
- Debit card – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
- Online payments are processed through the payment gateway, which provides a secure encrypted connection for all credit card and debit card transactions
How many days will it take to recieve my order ?
Incase you have ordered a gift available in stock, you will receive your order within 5-7 working days or incase of ordering a ‘made to order’ gift, you will receive your order within 13-15 working days.
What should I do if my payment fails ?
In case of payment failure, please ensure the following information has been entered correctly:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
